RASSF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS2, PPP3CC, and RHCG. Each is linked with RASSF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF7-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF7 versus DHRS2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
