RASSF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5F2P, RNU6-1213P, and OR1X5P. Each is linked with RASSF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF7-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5F2P grouped by RASSF7-low versus RASSF7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
