Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RASSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF5-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by RASSF5-low versus RASSF5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
