Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,753 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with RASSF5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF5-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by RASSF5-low versus RASSF5-high in OESOPHAGUS.
