Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASSF4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASSF4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RASSF4 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASSF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where RASSF4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
