Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,692 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD86, PLEK, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with RASSF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF4-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF4 versus CD86 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
