RASSF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, NABP2, and TAF9. Each is linked with RASSF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF4-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by RASSF4-low versus RASSF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
