Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASSF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASSF3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RASSF3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASSF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD are the cancer types where RASSF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
