RASSF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,391 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC7_S155, TLN1_S2040, and ARHGAP17. Each is linked with RASSF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF3-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF3 versus HDAC7_S155 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
