Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, BEX1, and EYA2. Each is linked with RASSF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF3-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF3 versus GIMAP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
