RASSF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Preadipocytes, aDC, and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with RASSF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF3-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Preadipocytes grouped by RASSF3-low versus RASSF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
