Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,422 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of TORC2 signaling, Viral RNA genome replication, and DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly. Each is linked with RASSF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF3-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF3 results are reported.
