RASSF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAB3, PIK3CG, and WIPF1. Each is linked with RASSF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF2 versus GAB3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
