RASSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,523 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, RN7SL488P, and CDCA2. Each is linked with RASSF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG grouped by RASSF2-low versus RASSF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
