RASSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,768 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMPPB, NPRL2, and RBM5. Each is linked with RASSF1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1 versus GMPPB in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
