RASSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF1_S207, MAP7, and MRPL47. Each is linked with RASSF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1 versus RASSF1_S207 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
