Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,474 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4, ATPSCKMT, and RMND5A. Each is linked with RASSF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1 versus CD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
