Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ23, RNU6-505P, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with RASSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ23 grouped by RASSF1-low versus RASSF1-high in LIHC.
