Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,778 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, CACNA2D1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with RASL10A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASL10A versus MAP1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
