Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL10A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 787 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX1, SPECC1L, and PES1. Each is linked with RASL10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10A results are reported.
