Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL10A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP. Each is linked with RASL10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP grouped by RASL10A-low versus RASL10A-high in UCEC.
