Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASL10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,701 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL10A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with RASL10A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein sumoylation grouped by RASL10A-low versus RASL10A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
