RASGRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SEPTIN7, and HSPA12B. Each is linked with RASGRP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP2 versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
