Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,821 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Protein-DNA complex organization. Each is linked with RASGRP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP2 results are reported.
