RASGRF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,603 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEK, SNRK, and LDB2. Each is linked with RASGRF2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRF2 versus TEK in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
