RASGRF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, GSN, and RASGRF2_S718. Each is linked with RASGRF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRF2 versus CNN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
