Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM130, IRAG1, and SYNDIG1. Each is linked with RASGRF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRF2 versus TMEM130 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
