RASGRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRABD, RAD51, and CDC45. Each is linked with RASGRF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRABD grouped by RASGRF2-low versus RASGRF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
