RASGRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,937 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, SEPTIN4, and HYI. Each is linked with RASGRF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRF1 versus RTN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
