Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, MFNG, and PIK3IP1. Each is linked with RASGRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF1 results are reported.
