RASGRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, PAI-1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with RASGRF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by RASGRF1-low versus RASGRF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
