Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,804 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Blood coagulation, fibrin clot formation, and Positive regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with RASGRF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRF1 results are reported.
