RASGEF1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGEF1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,876 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGEF1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DUSP12, MAPK1IP1L, and MCC. Each is linked with RASGEF1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1C-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGEF1C versus DUSP12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGEF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGEF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
