Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASGEF1C RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RASGEF1C data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RASGEF1C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASGEF1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and ACC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LGG, and KICH are the cancer types where RASGEF1C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
