Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGEF1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGEF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, GATA6, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with RASGEF1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1C-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by RASGEF1C-low versus RASGEF1C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGEF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGEF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
