The most reproducible RASGEF1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Regulation of potassium ion transport, and Regulation of heart rate by cardiac conduction. Each is linked with RASGEF1C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1C-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1C results are reported.
