RASEF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D1, MTND4LP22, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with RASEF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASEF-to-partner and partner-to-RASEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D1 grouped by RASEF-low versus RASEF-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
