Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT5B, KISS1R, and NUDCD1. Each is linked with RASD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD1-to-partner and partner-to-RASD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASD1 versus WNT5B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
