RASAL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, KLK15, and C14orf178. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCLK3 grouped by RASAL3-low versus RASAL3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
