RASAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, FSHB, and SCGB1C2. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R4 grouped by RASAL1-low versus RASAL1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
