RASA4CP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA4CP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,680 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA4CP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRR15, SORL1, and SCIN. Each is linked with RASA4CP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4CP-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4CP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA4CP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA4CP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
