RASA4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASA4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,848 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with RASA4B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4B-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by RASA4B-low versus RASA4B-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
