RASA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,322 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1, SPAG9_S251, and UCKL1. Each is linked with RASA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA4 versus STXBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
