Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,154 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEF2C-AS1, JAM2, and F13A1. Each is linked with RASA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA4 versus MEF2C-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
