Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR379, MIR134, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with RASA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4 results are reported.
