RASA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, OR6C4, and GAGE12D. Each is linked with RASA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by RASA4-low versus RASA4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
