RARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYW1B, OPCML-IT2, and MFSD14C. Each is linked with RARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS1-to-partner and partner-to-RARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYW1B grouped by RARS1-low versus RARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
