The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RARRES2P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RARRES2P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, STAD, and THYM are the cancer types where RARRES2P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
