RARRES2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARRES2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,579 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARRES2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, RCN3, and CNN2. Each is linked with RARRES2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARRES2-to-partner and partner-to-RARRES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARRES2 versus QKI in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARRES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARRES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
