RARRES2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARRES2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,115 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARRES2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRELP, ASPN, and BGN. Each is linked with RARRES2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARRES2-to-partner and partner-to-RARRES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARRES2 versus PRELP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARRES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARRES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
